Ahmad is currently serving as a clinical lecturer in Gulf Medical University, Ajman, UAE. He is also a critical care clinical pharmacist and preceptor at Thumbay University Hospital, the affiliated university hospital with Gulf Medical University. In addition, Ahmad is An American Board-Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist. In October 2022, Ahmad started his Post-doctoral Fellowship program in Clinical Pharmacy Research with Critical Care Specialty, a 2-years joint program between Gulf Medical University and Washington State University. From August 2020 to August 2021, Ahmad worked as a clinical pharmacist (focusing Internal Medicine and Cardiology) in the Lebanese American University (LAU) Medical Center - Rizk Hospital.
